In announcing the appointment, Analysys Research’s Managing Director, Tony Lavender said, “We are delighted to welcome such an experienced and proven professional to our team. Andrew brings with him a wealth of research and consulting experience and will help shape the future direction of our research business.”
Previously, Mr. Parkin-White was Managing Director of the Ovum consulting business and served as an Executive Board Director. Prior to that, he headed mobile research and consulting activities for Ovum.
During his 17-year career, Mr. Parkin-White has gained a deep understanding of the strategic and operational issues facing the industry. He has held managerial roles in strategic planning and marketing, with organizations including BT, Marconi and Orange. In addition, at KPMG, he assisted clients with strategic, marketing, product and regulatory issues.
The appointment of Andrew Parkin-White is among a number of high profile appointments of late at Analysys, including Tony Lavender as managing director of Analysys Research, Mike Grant as principal consultant and head of Broadband and Media at Analysys Consulting, and Phil Todd as head of Custom Research at Analysys Research.
