BroadGroup announced plans to expand its telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) business by developing its TMT group into a company, TMT Consultants. Dominic Lowndes continues his role as managing director of the TMT gorup under the new company structure.

TMT Consultants delivers specialist niche event, content and research services to executives in the financial and legal sector who focus on telecommunications, media and technology. The intent is to sustain its reputation while aggressively extending its portfolio over the next three years. This includes building on the BroadGroup's core TMT business areas: conferences (TMT Finance Middle East, TMT Finance Asia); the newsletter, Telecom Deal Alert Emerging Markets; the portal, www.tmtfinance.com; and BroadGroup market reports.
