Analysys Mason described the acquisition as an important step in strengthening its position as strategic and operational adviser to the telecoms and digital media industry. Redbox will bring a strong team of consultants that will be integrated into the company’s existing Operations Group -- increasing the depth of service Analysys Mason delivers to its global client base.
Arun Dehiri, Managing Director of Redbox, will take on the role of Director at Analysys Mason, leading one of the Group’s key practices. Redbox’s Mike Greening will also join the Group, taking on the role of Associate Director within the same practice.
