Analysys Mason Group has acquired Redbox Consulting Services Limited (Redbox), a telecommunications and media consultancy delivering market intelligence, expertise and advice to fixed and mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators MVNOs, media companies, and vendors. Redbox global clients include BT, Vodafone, Optus, Etisalat, Tiscali, Ericsson, and ONO.

Redbox assists clients develop, execute and manage operational strategies. The company works across organisational functions to deliver significant uplifts in top-line performance through its core service propositions, which include: strategic business planning, market entry strategy, MVNO implementation, distribution strategy and sales process optimisation.

In addition, Redbox also delivers bespoke benchmarking and research, which enables clients to make robust and pragmatic business decisions based on reliable market intelligence.

Analysys Mason described the acquisition as an important step in strengthening its position as strategic and operational adviser to the telecoms and digital media industry. Redbox will bring a strong team of consultants that will be integrated into the company’s existing Operations Group -- increasing the depth of service Analysys Mason delivers to its global client base.

Arun Dehiri, Managing Director of Redbox, will take on the role of Director at Analysys Mason, leading one of the Group’s key practices. Redbox’s Mike Greening will also join the Group, taking on the role of Associate Director within the same practice.
