Insurance Networking News Online is reporting that consulting firm Oliver Wyman Group acquired Boston-based Celent LLC on Feb. 1, 2008. Oliver Wyman is a subsidiary of New York-based Marsh and McLennan Cos.
The online publication, summarizing a source at Celent, reports that the entire management team and the staff of Celent are expected to continue under the new ownership, and for clients, it will be business as usual
