Through a collaborative effort, NPD developed a customized Consumer Tracking Service for Wal-Mart and Sam's Club and for selected vendors doing business with the retailers.
NPD’s Consumer Tracking Service for Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club provides the retailers and their selected vendors with an extensive view of what’s happening within and across categories based on each retailer’s consumer segmentation scheme, departmental structure, and geographic trading areas. The service provides consumer insight across a broad spectrum of industries and a common language for Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and their vendors to inform and facilitate business decision making.
